Navigation and use of the Website Booking247.com (hereinafter, the "Booking247.com B2B system") implies the express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of these conditions of use, having the same validity and effectiveness as any contract concluded in writing and signed. Its observance and compliance will be enforceable with respect to any person who accesses, browses, or uses the Web. This Website offers services to Travel Agent users (hereinafter "Users"), that will enable these certified users to make bookings and payments of the various services provided under the Travel Agent account. These services like booking accommodation, transfers, excursions, flight tickets, car rental and any other travel related services.
These conditions of use regulate the access, navigation and use of the Website. In this sense, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to certain particular conditions, which will be, in any case, clearly shown and must be expressly accepted by Users. These particular conditions may replace, supplement or, where appropriate, modify these particular conditions of use.
Booking247.com reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Web, as well as the terms and conditions stipulated herein, totally or partially, publishing any change in the same way in which these conditions of use appear or through any type of communication addressed to the users. The access and use of the Website after the entry into force of its modifications or changes imply the acceptance of the same.
Access to and browsing of public content on the Website does not require registration. However, for the treatment of certain services, reservation of the same or benefit from certain programs, it will be necessary to complete the web forms enabled for this purpose. Registration on the Website is, unless expressly stated otherwise, free of charge. Booking247.com reserves the right to request from the Users any information (e.g. copy of the D.N.I.) that allows to verify the age of the User, as well as to delete or deactivate any account of a minor or when the Users do not provide the requested documentation within the deadlines established in said request. Under no circumstances will the Booking247.com be responsible for the veracity of the registration data provided by the end users, so each of these are responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of veracity of the data.
3.1. REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER AS A USER: Any partner travel agent can request to add more users by sending an email to support@booking247.com , Travel agent has to complete the form required by booking247.com to add such users. The Booking247.com admin team will generate login credentials for the new requested user in the designated period of time as per site policy.Meanwhile, the Travel Agent will be the sole responsible of all users created under their account . i.e any bookings made under any of the travel agent users will be solely related to the travel agent and it has full responsibility to pay the booking amounts or cancellation fees resulting from such user actions on the booking247.com system.
3.2. DELETION OF A REGISTERED USER: At any time, Travel agents can request to suspend or remove one or more of its Users for any reason by sending an account deletion request by email to Booking247.com Support team at support@booking247.com. The Account Holder shall endeavour to process account deletion requests immediately. In any case, the User may request a new registration, and the Booking247.com may not admit such registration when the provisions of these General Conditions and / or the applicable regulations are breached.
Likewise, Booking247.com may not admit such registration when there is a conflict or controversy pending resolution between the parties, or when said conflict has been resolved with recognition of fault or negligence of the User and / or causing damage to Booking247.com or third parties. Once the account has been deactivated, some of the data provided by the User may continue to be processed by Booking247.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website. On the other hand, in the event that a User fails to comply with any of the stipulations contained in these conditions of use and / or in the applicable regulations, Booking247.com will be entitled to suspend or cancel the profile of said User automatically and without prior notice, and in no case will such suspension or cancellation give the right to any compensation. For these purposes, Booking247.com may inform and collaborate in a timely manner with the competent police and judicial authorities if it detects any violation of current legislation or if it is suspected of the commission of a crime.
Booking247.com is the owner or, where appropriate, has the corresponding licences on the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property of the Website, as well as the intellectual and industrial property rights on the information, materials, and contents of the same. Such ownership is accepted by the User at the time of accepting these terms of use.
