  • How can I register my company as a service provider on Booking247.com?

    To partner with booking247.com as a service provider you have to register your company as follows:

    1. On the home front page, select [Register as B2B Partner].
    2. Select DMC Service Provider.
    3. Select from the list the services you are interested to sell on our booking247.com
    4. Agree with our term & conditions and partnership agreement.
    5. Insert company signer email that will be verfied by an OTP (One Time Password).
    6. Complete the registeration steps.
  • Is there any agreement a service provider company has to sign?

    It doesn't require a phisical signature, However before proceeding with the registration steps as a Service Provider, you can read and/or download our partnership agreement to get an idea. Checking the agree box and proceeding further with the registration means that you have read and understood our partner agreement terms and conditions and it is a full acceptance and approval from your side to our agreement contract.

  • Do I have to pay any fees to register my company on Booking247.com?

    No, It's totally free of charge.

  • How do I get my extranet access and login details?

    Our contracting team will review your registration request and contact you by email if they have got any queries. If all is fine, you can expect to get your extranet login credentials between 24 hours and 5 working days. if not received in this time, please contact us at support@booking247.com

  • Can I assign 2 company users on the extranet?

    Sure, during your registration, you can assign one user as required in the registration form. For more users, you have to contact support@booking247.com who will help you with your query.

  • Is there any commission I have to pay for bookings?

    No, just you have to upload the best net rates for all the provided services including taxes. Booking247.com and its travel agents partner who will buy your services will add their mark-up on top of your rates. You should know that for different service providers in the same destination, lower rates and better reviews will come on top of the search results.

  • How to create an accommodation profile on the extranet?

    1- On your user panel > Accommodation Master > Add Hotel:

    2- Fill in the required information in the hotel information page.

    3- Upload your property images ( Good Quality), and assign a prime photo for your property.

    4- Create your rooms one by one along with each details.

    5- Set the extra items - if any - that the guest has to pay separately in the hotel (Optional step).

    6- Create your rate season(s) along with appliedd meal plans.

    7- Set your best competitve net prices (including taxes). That can be done by 2 ways:

    • Edit room price using [+] sign, from there you can edit room details availbility, rates ...etc.
    • You can download an Excel file. that will be downloaded according to the seasons and rooms your created. you can fill in the details in the excel sheet, save and then import to our system.

    8- Set your children price as per your property policy.

    9- Discount Module: that will enable you to set a special rate or discount for specific room(s) in specific season(s). Also, that will allow you to add an EBD (Early Booking Discount).

    10- If there are any Compulsory Charges you wish the guests to pay, you have to add from [Compulsory Charges] Module.

    11- Policies Module: here you can set your policices in text so the guest and travel agents get idea about your property's policies.cancellation policy: that will be set by default as  '' Cancelltion policy varies according to the room type and season, please check what conditions will apply for your selected room(s) and dates.

  • How to create a package?

    On your user admin panel, Package Master , Add Package:

    1. Fill in the package information page.
    2. Set the accommodation part according to the package itinerary cities.
    3. Set your net prices including taxes and charges per person in single, double, triple and quad occupancy and if any discount to be applied (Special Offer).
    4. Add some useful information for users in ‘’ In the Package’’ section.
    5. Add the items or services that are included in the package price.
    6. Add the items or services that are excluded from the package price.
    7. Set package itinerary by day.
    8. Add useful notes that users should consider.
    9. Add any terms and conditions you need users to know.
    10. Upload package photos (Good Quality).
    11. Set the cancellation term as per your company policy.

     

  • How do I receive a booking notification?

    Once a booking is made by our partner Travel Agent, you will receive an instant email notification with booking details along with booking confirmation in attachment. You have then to confirm booking immediately by a reply email.

  • How to create daily sightseeing trips on the extranet?

    From the sightseeing master follow the steps below:

    1. Fill in the required information for the sightseeing you need to add.
    2. Upload photos (Good Quality).
    3. Set rate season(s) and rates.
    4. Set children ages and rates.
    5. Add if any extra items the guest has to pay separately (Not included in the sightseeing price)
    6. Add policies of your company - If any.
    7. Set what is included in the sightseeing price.
    8. Set what is excluded from the sightseeing price.
    9. Set the cancellation and no-show policy.
  • How to add my transportation services on Booking247.com?

    To build your transfer profile as a transfer service provider, you have to follow the steps below:

    1. Add your vehicles ( Basic vehicle info, photos, terms and cancellation policy)
    2. Set rate season(s) in which your transfers will be available for sale on booking247.com
    3. Set routes and prices for each vehicle. 
  • When and how I will get paid for bookings?

    For all confirmed bookings, Booking247.com will transfer the booking amount via a bank transfer to your company's bank account stated in the contract latest by the guest arrival date.

  • What are the cancellation and no show procedures?

    In case of any booking cancellations, a system generated email will be sent automatically at the same time of the cancellation to our partner service provider for notification. Our accounting team will handle the cancellation request and check if there is any payable fee set by the service provider for the selected services and travel dates.
